I would like to thank Mr Butler for the care he has given me. I haven't had serious surgery yet but at each consultation he has taken plenty of time to explain the pros and cons of procedures. His manner is open and friendly and instills confidence. When I had a personal concern Mr Butler took time to listen and reassured me, giving thorough answers. Altogether a very good experience.

I felt at ease with Mr Butler, he explained in detail what he was going to do, he told me how big the op was going to be and how he needed to action at St Michaels as facilities and team were better there. He gave me web sites to look at and told me to look at forums of people who had ankle replacements....I felt I was the only patient he was looking after as was not rushing , and talked to me. He had not even, had time for his lunch, that was sitting on his desk. I have complete faith in Mr Michael Butler who I know is going to look after me, when its time for my Op... Other Drs and Consultants, should take a leaf out of this guys manor.....Excellent!!!!!!

Michael Butler rocks! He is a consummate professional who listens to your concerns and gives positive suggestions for a way forward, and is honest about the pros and cons of treatment. I know my feet are in good hands under his care and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services to anyone considering foot surgery.
